4 Steps To Manifest What You Want
Our every day thoughts and feelings fuel the decisions we make. Whether our thoughts are positive or negative, they have an effect on our lives. Have you ever told yourself “I can do it” and then went ahead and actually accomplished the task? It’s not luck or magic; it’s simply manifesting.
Manifesting what you want in your life takes work.
First, you need to step back and reflect on your life and identify what you truly want. Nothing can happen unless you put your mind to it and take action. Second, you must fill your brain with positivity and watch yourself take action to achieve what you want. Sounds pretty easy, but having positive thoughts or feelings every day can be harder than it sounds.
So, how do you attract positivity?

The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is a universal principle which states that we can attract whatever we focus on. It’s the power our brain has that’s able to translate our wants and desires and turn them into our reality.
So, if we focus on feeling anxious, frustrated or stressed, then we send out negative energy into the universe. But, if we focus on feeling happy, excited, and appreciative, then we send out positive energy. This type of positive energy attracts the same energy back to us and makes it easier to achieve the goals we set.
So, do you wake up thinking, “I can’t do it, I’ll fail”? Or are you thinking, “I want it, I’ll choose it, I’ll do it”?
These thoughts and feelings you may be having, either positive or negative, create your state of being. Your brain will respond to both energy vibrations.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t choose the best one for you. It only relays the energy that you are creating and gives you more of the same. Because these energy waves attract the same energy you give back to yourself, you’d want to make sure that you are sending out thoughts and feelings that resonate with what you want.
What is Manifestation?
Manifesting is choosing to create what you want. By intentionally creating what you want, you are believing that you can bring anything forth into your physical reality by using your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. You can use the Law of Attraction to manifest anything you want. This could be happiness, love, money, and success.
But you can also manifest negativity without knowing it.
You may not be aware of it, but you are constantly manifesting your life experiences. Everything that you have experienced can be tracked to your thoughts and feelings you consciously and subconsciously have practiced in the past.
But not everyone is aware of their power to manifest so they begin to manifest by default.
This is why some people may feel like manifesting does not work for them. The power to manifest allows us to take the time to become aware of our thoughts and the way they are shaping our lives.
Why Can’t I See Results?
Maybe you’ve tried to apply the Law of Attraction into your life…only to fail at manifesting what you want and never seeing your thoughts actually come true.
It’s difficult to manifest what you want when you are still focused on your present circumstances. For example, I may feel poor and try my hardest to manifest money and success. This is not a bad thing to want, but it’s harder for me to imagine what it feels like to have my wish fulfilled if I’m obsessing over not having enough money at the moment.
We have to allow ourselves to imagine our future and pull the positive energy into our lives. If we try to manifest positivity when we feel stressed, annoyed or angry, then we are unknowingly manifesting that negative energy…Oops!
People are not aware that they are responding to their pre-existing environment that is keeping them in the same mood, feelings, and experiences.
You want to make sure you are in a good emotional state. You don’t want to confuse the universe with wanting something positive, but feeling and thinking negatively. The Law of Attraction is universal and it’s going to work with or without you.
So, why not take control of what you’re attracting and make that change?
The foundation of manifestation is to believe that it works. It’s important to take time to think about where you are in your life right now and where you want to be. Once you have a clear idea of what you want, your brain can prepare your mind and connect those thoughts to your actions. You just have to work hard, trust in your work, and ask the universe.
Now that you understand manifestation, here are 4 steps you can use to start:
Step 1: Clear your mind. When you clear your mind, you are then able to focus specifically on what is important to you. An easy way to clear your thoughts is through deep breathing. We breathe subconsciously, but take the time to close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths in, and exhale out until there is no oxygen left in your lungs. This can help you become present in the moment and calm anxious thoughts.

Step 2: Write down your goals. Writing down your goals will help you solidify the dreams and feelings you want to achieve into your subconscious mind. When you write your goals down, try changing “would like to” to “will”. For example, “I will get that promotion at the end of the year.” The power of “will” can help you feel positive feelings of excitement, motivation, and happiness.
Step 3: Visualize your goals. Picture yourself already achieving your goal. What emotions will you be feeling? What will you be wearing? Where will you be standing? Who will you be with?
Visualizing your future will serve as a great reminder of what you want. Something that can help you visualize your goals is by creating a vision board. You could start by going through magazines and finding pictures or words that resonate with your desires. Put all of your pictures and words on a board and place it somewhere you can see it everyday. By doing this, you are putting real energy and commitment on what you truly want.
Step 4: Take action. Now that you know how to attract positive energy, you can take action and start manifesting. You may feel scared or worried about failing, but choosing to take action will only get you closer to manifesting your goals. Just remember to clear your mind, write your goals, visualize them, and take the actions necessary to get closer to reaching your goals.

Manifesting doesn’t have to be hard, but it takes patience and persistence. While you actively manifest success towards your goal, you should also be aware of your actions.
Are they changing? Do you feel empowered?
Trying to force something to manifest simply doesn’t work. If you say, “Universe, I want to be a billionaire” without taking the steps to become closer to that goal, then you may not see it come true. You should take the time to focus on your thoughts and feelings and make sure that your desires align with your actions.
As you continue to work towards manifesting in your life, you will notice the small changes in your behavior, attitudes, and actions. These are just a few examples of how you can take your ideas, choose to live it, and manifest it in your life.
You don’t have go through stress, anxiety or trauma to change. You can learn and change in a state of inspiration. If you feel inspired to draw more positivity into your life, then follow these steps to use your brain wisely and manifest the life you want to live.
