We all know the DLM mantra of saving time and money and over the months, I have recommended a lot of different sites that do just that. However, this one is now a personal favorite of mine and is well worth a mention.
.docstoc is a site that you can use to find just about any document you need. If you're a landlord like I am and you want to revamp your lease agreement, they have tons of them. If you want to draft a business plan, they have a ton of examples. Since this site is entirely user driven, it's also not uncommon to find some Excel template that is being used as a personal budget tracker by some guy in Omaha.
The list honestly goes on forever. I would hesitate to assume the the documents are 'legal' so as always conduct a little due diligence before you use anything you find on the internet. I don't know that I would download a living will and assume it's in compliance with your state's regulations and laws.
