I am not going to BS you guys, I skipped college and as most of you know I started a series of businesses that provided me with a ton of experience and an adequate income. My method may not have been the best but I enjoy taking chances. Despite my outcome, I don't advocate skipping college in favor of anything so for those hunting for schools to apply to, having too many resources is never a problem.
A DLM reader sent us a tip pointing to a site named CampusExplorer.com. I checked it out and it's actually pretty solid.
You can enter multiple search criteria including your field of study, locations to focus on, or degree program. After entering your preferences (without logging in or creating a profile), the output shows a Google Map with pinpoints at each school location. Scrolling down will get you to a list of all matches.
After clicking on a school, there is a ton of good data including average tuition, number of students, and my favorite...graphs.
