Contrary to popular belief, I have never been fat. Dumb and little yes, but never fat. Well, I suppose if you refer to the CDC's indicator, I am overweight but come on...I am 5'10", 190lbs. I used to have a great fitness routine but work and kids killed that and perhaps I used those priorities as excuses.
Before we get too deep here, try doing what this guy did. He started working out and took a body shot picture each month.
His image diary shares 4 years of images and his site contains the routine he used. A lot depends on your goals and perhaps this guy went to far, but you can clearly see what a little dedication can do.
