Based on the emails that I receive everyday, there are a lot of aspiring or beginning bloggers out there. While I make an attempt to answer all of the questions, there are better resources for you. Darren Rowse (aka, Problogger) has recently pointed his readers to a new resource named, "Authority Blogger Forum".
After a cursory look, this is a great addition to your resource list. As the name indicates, it's a forum where you can ask people to review your blog, provide advice, etc. By the way, membership is free.
If you want to start a blog to supplement your income, voice your grievances, or whatever, this is a good place to start (in addition to Problogger itself).
