Power Tips to Boost your Energy

Are you sleepy pumpkin?One of my favorite blogs, The Ririan Project, recently discussed a handful of ways to give yourself a lift (i.e. give yourself energy during the day). I read the list and although I consider myself as a productive person, I honesty realized that I don't always have ENERGY as my day progresses. Despite my appetite for lunchtime power naps, I can't always take a lunch so I have forced myself to to become productive despite my low energy!

On the days that napping isn't in the cards, here are a handful of Ririan's tips. I am seriously going to try some of these tomorrow because the schedule is full so a nap in the park isn't going to work.

  • Use your muscles

  • Breakfast like a king

  • Head for a bar
  • Take a breather

  • Move and get your blood flowing

  • Work on a different task

  • Invest in an ionizer
