Time for Bed Already

Half the time I am asleep within 2 minutes of my head hitting the pillow. I love those nights because the next morning is great. However, there are a lot of times when stress from work or my finances result in tossing and turning. Next thing I know it's 2AM and I am watching the same infomercial for the 3rd time.
