I would toss a little polling question in here but I believe the answer is probably obvious. I'd be willing to bet that the majority of our readers had every intention of starting a great workout schedule this year, only to let other priorities derail your plan.
Hey, I am one of those people; I have new gym shoes still sitting in the box, untouched. That is life, we all have an excuse when it comes to health. If an exercise plan, staying healthy, and prolonging your life was THAT important to you, I am sure there would be a way for you to rearrange your schedule.
