I'm going to save the embarrassment and just tell you that I am a really bad dancer. I mean, Elaine from Seinfeld is honestly way better than I am.

- May lead to a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure and an improved cholesterol profile
- Strengthens bones
- Helps you develop strong social ties
- Loosens and tones muscles
