Are you a risk taking, adventurous chap? Well, what if you're stuck or lost somewhere - like deep, deep in the woods?
I can tell you now. The last thing you're doing is visiting Dumb Little Man. Therefore, I suggest reading some of this before your next hike up the mountains or excursion into the desert. If you are a camper, maybe print of a couple of pertinent sections and toss them into your gear.
What we have here was written a few years back by the US Army. In fact, it's a Field Manual. It's long and there are a lot of sections (I really mean a lot).
Here are some of the sections that us common people can put to use when needed. Specifically, how to plain old survive, navigate, handle the cold and handle injuries.
