The Backdoor to Savings on eBay and Yahoo Auctions

I have been using this for a while now and just realized I never passed it along. My antique-hunting Aunt reminded me last night of her success using a site named Misspellr to find buried treasure on eBay and Yahoo Auctions.

The premise is simple, people make mistakes. Most sellers on eBay, for example, are usually pretty thorough in their listings however there are those that have so much so sell, that they get careless. Using Misspellr you can search for misspellings contained in item listings. The advantage is that if someone is selling a "Cellular Phone" and actually lists it as "Celular Phone", no one is going to see it and thus the auction will get no viewers and no bids. This gives you a chance to swoop in and win the auction because the competition is drastically reduced!

Give Misspellr a shot next time you are hunting on eBay.
