The more I look around online the more I see that some areas of the government are trying to help people. Unfortunately, they just don't do a good job of marketing it. The FCIC, otherwise known as the Federal Citizen Information Center, has been stockpiling good tutorials and tips for a while. Here are the resources that they list for Small Businesses.
