A lot of the banking sites you go to nowadays want you to register before you use any of their calculators or cool tools. While that is OK sometimes, I will always favor the sites that are the least intrusive.
We actually happened upon a site that has over 20 calculators that you can use at will. In fact, they may help me with a loan for a property I am looking at.
