I wish my parents read this 30 years ago. To this day, I have a scar on my forehead from flipping into a coffee table (yep, 15-20 stitches). ParentHacks has a great post that shares how you can use tennis balls to cover the sharp corners of your furniture.
We try to kidproof our own house as much as possible (without going overboard), but it's not realistic to expect everyone you visit (such as your parents or in-laws) to do the same just for your brief stay. So, rather than create permanent kid fixes to the house you're visiting...
