As I've mentioned in the past, I've started a couple of businesses over the years. Don't worry about what they were, we can discuss that at a different time. Let's just say that I have good ideas with poor 'go to' market strategies.
Anyway - that's totally not the point here. When I did start those businesses, I could have used help but I could never afford it. Forbes, as they always do, put together a good list of ways to get people to work for things other than cash. At some point, you'll start-up will need this advice.
